Rev. Phabiano Murengerantware was born in what used to be Zaire. He is now in Congo Kinshasa in 19972. He accepted Jesus as the Lord in 1987 in the Baptist church. He was called to do pastoral work in 1992 in March . He got married with Nyirabakunzi Peace in October 1992. Then he was sent to the mission for preaching the Gospel and he was promised that he will not be afraid of languages ​​in 1995 later he became a refugee in Uganda for 18 years where he did the work of God in different provinces.
He studied the theological Bible college and many other courses. Later, as God promised him, he and his family were brought to America where they were resettled to Atlanta, Georgia. After a while , God spoke to him and sent him to Dayton, Ohio to start a Ministry where he first helped his son in the ministry Jean de Dieu, Director of United Awakening Baptist Church-UABC. Also he joined the school of scripture where he got a Master’s Degree in Theology where he became a Master coordinator of the school. On 19/04/2024, Rev. Phabiano left the UABC in order to fulfill God’s plan which made him to immediately start Christian Evangelical Baptist Church-C.E.B.C.
